These are such lovely pictures. The last time I made a sour cream bundt, I thought it would be really clever to add coffee granules to the ganache...once the ganache had cooled...The cake ended up looked like a lumpy mess, and with each bite came a horrific burst of instant coffee. This post has inspired me to soldier on and make another one. Ps, i love your videos!Em
